Top (Top Notes) - RED MANDARIN AND MINT
The first thing you can smell in a perfume is the top notes. The outer tones create the initial impression of a fragrance that captures your attention. Therefore, perfume manufacturers place special emphasis on top notes. Very often, a fragrance has delicate floral or light citrus tones. However, the light molecules of the substances contained in the top notes evaporate very quickly and can no longer be perceived within 15 minutes.
Middle (Middle Notes) - RASPBERRY AND LAVENDER
The middle notes, or heart notes, emerge after the top notes have dissipated, approximately a quarter of an hour after the perfume has been sprayed. They are released slowly, along with low-intensity base tones. The heart of the perfume (middle tone) denotes the character of the fragrance. It will last for several hours.
Base (Base Notes) - WOODY NOTES AND HELIOTROPE
The base notes, also known as low notes, linger the longest among all three types of notes. They can impact our olfactory receptors for several hours. The ingredients used are arranged to be in harmony with the components of the fragrance. These can be perceived approximately half an hour after application, providing depth and endurance to the perfume.

If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t delivered as per your tracking information, please contact us within 48 hours at office@softambient.com. To expedite a resolution, please include photos of the box that your order arrived in, and images of each item that arrived damaged.

Yes, all of Softambient aroma oils are regulated by IFRA, the International Fragrance Association.
Are they safe for pets?
Yes, all of our fragrances are safe to use around pets. In addition to meeting all strict VOC and inhalation regulatory standards, we also ensure that all scents we produce are free from harmful ingredients. You know your pet the best, and just like humans there are certain scents they may not enjoy. We recommend introducing your scenting system gradually, and observing your pets reaction for a few days to ensure it’s a good fit.
